Contract is an indispensable part of economic life, especially for the companies. There must be the contract in the business operation. If other party is a nature person, it is betteruse signature plus handprint (cap seal); If the enterprise, it is better to use the director signature and the official personal seal, if authorized to sign the contract, should sign the power of attorney.
In case of emergency, the contract signed by fax or PDF scanning，due to the particulars of the fax file or the electronic scanning parts are not the originals of the text held by the sender. Therefore, it is suggested that the original contract will be sent by courier or face-to-face delivery, or add a written confirmation agreement, or in the fax, scanned documents to be signed and stamped to confirm. However, it is not advisable to write in the copy contract document:"copy of this contract/fax have the same effect as the original".
